How much does your service cost?

Our service is free. We are paid a commission by the lenders

Will you deal with my existing lender?

Yes, we are accredited with all the significant lenders in market. Your tailor made recommendation will always include your existing lender, and once you know how they compare in terms of cost, you can better decide if you want to continue with them.

Are you independent?

Yes we are.

How do I know you are not just putting my loan at the highest paying lender?

Our cost benefit analysis is all inclusive of costs, and the lowest cost is generally our recommendation. How much we get paid is not a factor in that calculation.

Can you provide Accounting or Financial Advice?

FAJ Home Loans cannot provide Accounting or Financial Planning advice, but these services are readily available from the FAJ Group on a fee for service basis.
